尉国栋:

尉国栋:男,1981年出生,山西大同人,教授,博士生导师曾入选陕西省青年千人、浙江省高等学校中青年学科带头人和吉林大学学术骨干,长期致力于碳化硅基半导体纳米材料的可控制备及其光电器件应用研究。到目前为止,已经在国内外学术刊物发表SCI收录论文近100多篇。在JACS, NAPG, CEJ, CC, Nanoscale, Nanoresearch, JMCA, JPCC, APL等期刊上发表论文100余篇(第一作者/通讯作者论文50余篇,一区文章20篇)和授权发明专利17项,H因子为39,受邀作为40余种国际知名刊物的审稿人;主持和参与国家自然基金委项目5项,973计划前期研究专项、宁波市科技攻关等10多项不同级别的项目,其中主持国家自然基金面上和青年各一项,陕西省、浙江省和吉林省面上基金项目各一项。每年计划招收硕士研究生2-3名和博士研究生,欢迎具有物理、电子、化学及材料等相关专业背景的同学加入团队。同时也欢迎有精力的本科生来本课题组进行科研锻炼和提前接触科研训练。
