学院国际交流与合作工作概况

经济与管理学院十分重视国际合作与学术交流,不断提升学院国际化办学水平。经过多年积累,学院已与美国哈佛大学商学院、圣玛丽山大学、英国阿尔斯特大学、俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立经济大学等多个国家的高校建立了合作交流关系。每年邀请国外知名学者和研究生参加“未央导师论坛”,搭建“一带一路”经济合作与管理创新高峰论坛”、“经管学院-圣玛丽山大学商学院年度论坛”等学术交流平台,国际化水平不断提升。

学院多名教师曾赴美国哈佛大学、斯坦福大学、圣玛丽山大学、加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学、英国阿尔斯特大学以及世界银行等国外高等学府和机构进行国际交流和学术访学,不断将国际经验融入学院人才培养过程中。

学院已建立了完善的博士留学生和硕士留学生培养机制,目前有来自乌克兰、西班牙、巴基斯坦、孟加拉国、喀麦隆、印度等国家和地区的20余名留学生在学院攻读硕士、博士学位,已经毕业硕士、博士留学研究生14名。

学院与英国阿尔斯特大学商学院联合开办“会计学2+2国际班”双学位项目,共同探索国际化会计学专业人才培养模式,目前已经有9名学生成功申请该项目。

学院将继续坚持“走出去、引进来”发展战略,不断深化教育教学国际化改革,为培养适应发展需求的国际化专业人才不懈努力。

The School of Economics and Management attaches great importance to international cooperation and academic exchanges, and constantly improves the international level of the School. After years of accumulation, the School has established cooperation and exchange with universities in many countries, such as Harvard Business School, Mount St. Mary's University, Ulster University in the UK and St. Petersburg State University of Economics in Russia. Every year, we invite famous scholars and postgraduates from abroad to participate in the Weiyang Mentorship Forum, set up the Belt and Road Economic Cooperation and Management Innovation Summit and the School of Economics and Management - Mount St. Mary's University Business School Annual Forum, the internationalization level has been continuously improved.

A number of faculty members have been to Harvard University, Stanford University, Mount St. Mary's University, University of British Columbia, University of Ulster and the World Bank for international exchange and academic visits, continuously incorporating international experience into the training process of the School.

More than 20 international students from Ukraine, Spain, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, India and other countries and regions are currently studying for master's and doctoral degrees in the School, and 14 master's and doctoral students have graduated.

The School and the School of Business of Ulster University in the UK have jointly launched the "2+2" programme in accounting to explore the mode of training international accounting professionals, and 9 students have successfully applied for the programme.

The school will continue to adhere to the development strategy of bringing in outside resources with the drive to go global, deepen the reform of internationalization of education and teaching, and make unremitting efforts to cultivate international professional talents to meet the development needs.
